Our Toronto Model

Toronto Model

Since 2003, Urban Strategies has been developing and using a detailed, accurate and up to date 3D digital model of the City of Toronto, select GTA municipalities and most recently, Vancouver. Read about how we use it to support our design methodology throughout the master planning process.

Are you interested in taking a portion of our Toronto Model for a spin?
Try our beta online version below.

Be patient! The model is heavy, and will take 1-2 minutes to load, depending on your internet speeds. Once loaded, you can use the controls to fly or walk around and play with different model styles and textures. Compare the downtown Toronto of today and tomorrow. Select from one of our three view types:

*Note: This is a beta version that we are testing so there may be glitches. Development proposals within the City are constantly changing. While we regularly update our in-house model, this online version is less frequently updated and may not reflect the latest status or design of proposals.
