Developed in collaboration with SLA, Trophic Design, ARUP and BA, the District Plan articulates a groundbreaking vision for 30 hectares of new, transit-supported communities in the heart of the GTA. Nature, culture, homes and the Downsview legacy thrive together, embracing the historic Supply Depot and Fire Hall; introducing a series of new parks and off street trails; celebrating Indigenous culture and design and making space for a range of small and large business to thrive.
