Shaping the future of Toronto and the GTA, Benjamin has successfully guided complex planning projects including East Harbour/Unilever, Honest Ed’s redevelopment, City of Vaughan Official Plan, Toronto’s PATH Master Plan and numerous high-profile development approvals for clients such as Dream, Oxford, Allied, and Infrastructure Ontario. Benjamin is a leading campus planner, having developed master plans for such institutions as Cornell, Simon Fraser, Waterloo, Guelph, UofT Scarborough, Brock and others.
