Mona Han
Mona is a Senior Associate Urban Designer with a background in Landscape Architecture. She has diverse experience working on projects including master planning, transit-oriented development, large-scale community design, public realm planning and landscape design on both local and international projects. She has worked extensively in British Columbia, mainland China, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East for both public and private clients.
She is working on the 3200 E Broadway community, an MST-led mixed-use community on a 12-acre site that provides housing, employment, retail, and amenity opportunities for both the general public and nation members. She is also working on the development of Downsview land, a former airfield in North York that is thriving to transform into a vibrant, attractive, and unique places to live, work, play, visit and gather.
Her other projects include Northeast False Creek Rezoning in Vancouver, Drury New Community Development and 223 Greenlane West Village in New Zealand, Changsha Vanke Four Season Community and Ning Bo Wen Chuang Harbour in China.
She is based in Urban Strategies’ Vancouver office.
