Tiffany Singh
Tiffany is an Urban Planner with extensive experience managing projects across private, public and nonprofit sectors. She has a diverse background in land use planning and policy matters, and has worked with a range of clients and stakeholders. Tiffany is adept at resolving land use issues and is particularly skilled at principled negotiation and conflict resolution.
Prior to joining Urban Strategies, Tiffany worked for the City of Hamilton where she played an integral role in developing a long-term strategy and action plan framework for the City’s Bayfront Industrial Area. She also managed a variety of development approvals, land acquisition, due diligence, and feasibility analyses for various sites across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Lastly, Tiffany has managed several provincial policy regulatory and legislative change reviews and has presented numerous times to municipal councils and committees.
Tiffany is a Registered Professional Planner with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
